2. Gene Loves Jezebel would do one more great album, Immigrant, before beginning to move to a more pop direction, at least for a while. The brothers would eventually part ways and each have their own version of the band, but Promise and its corresponding singles and B sides has always remained the highlight of their career, at least for me/5(8).

It can be hard for the average listener to distinguish between the voices of twins Jay and Michael Aston, but they are both certainly not your run of the mill vocalists/5(8).
